'This tutorial is a basic idea of how to create a simple flat #fashionillustration on a croquis with which you can play with a variety of garment design in terms of fabric, print, colour for your future #vectorart  If you have any questions, suggestions or just throwing out a \"HIYA!\" then throw it in the comment section and I\'ll do my best to get back to you!  In this #AdobeIllustratortutorial, we’ll cover all the steps required to create this simple fashion illustration with sparkling lights. We’ll use a custom-made brush to create the flow of the skirt and the ruffles, blend them with some shadows and opacity adjustments, we’ll use pathfinder tool to shorten the hair length of the model, we’ll create a starry twinkling light effect with the pen tool, and then we’ll create a perfect background with multiple shape tools and the Pen tool to create our final background.
